Full-Service
Restaurant POS
Turn tables faster, keep the kitchen in sync, and deliver the kind of service that earns a second visit. ZeroG tailors your point-of-sale around the way your dining room actually runs — then backs it with a team that answers the phone.
A POS that keeps pace with a full dining room
A busy floor lives and dies by timing. An order taken late, a course fired early, a check that takes ten minutes to split — every small delay costs you a turn and chips away at the guest experience. A full-service restaurant POS exists to remove that friction, and ZeroG configures one around your concept instead of forcing your team into someone else's template.
Because we aren't tied to a single brand of software, we match fine dining, casual full-service, gastropubs, and multi-concept groups to the platform that genuinely fits — then tune it to your menu, your modifiers, and your floor plan. The result is a system your staff actually wants to use on a Friday night.
- Faster table turns — orders reach the kitchen the instant they're taken, and guests can pay without flagging anyone down.
- Fewer kitchen errors — clean, routed tickets replace shouted modifiers and handwriting.
- Bigger checks — guided modifiers and add-ons prompt the upsell at exactly the right moment.
- Happier staff — less running, less re-keying, more tables served per shift.

Questions, Answered
How is this different from a quick-service system?
A full-service setup is built around table management — coursing, seat-by-seat ordering, splitting and merging checks, and pay-at-table. Quick-service is optimized for counter and drive-thru speed. We configure the platform around how your dining room actually runs.
Can guests pay at the table?
Yes. Servers can take payment tableside on a handheld, or guests can scan a code to view the check, tip, and pay from their phone — and the check closes automatically in the POS.
Will it work with online ordering and delivery?
Yes. Branded online ordering and major delivery-app orders can land on the same kitchen line as your dine-in tickets, so your team works from one queue instead of juggling tablets.
Do I have to buy the hardware?
Not necessarily. Hardware cost shouldn't be a barrier to the right solution. Because we manage the implementation end to end, we can structure flexible options, including free-hardware programs where they fit, so you get the equipment you need without a large upfront hit.
Can it manage multiple locations?
Yes. Manage menus, pricing, permissions, and reporting centrally across every location from one dashboard, while each restaurant keeps the workflow that fits it.
