Hardware
From countertop stations to handhelds, kiosks, and tap-to-pay — we match the right hardware to the right platform, then make sure it fits how you actually work and never becomes the thing that holds you back.
The right hardware, not just any hardware
Most providers push one device line and make your business fit it. We start the other way around — with the platform that fits how you operate. Some platforms come with a specific device or operating system built in; others leave room to choose the form factor your staff will actually use. Either way, we’re straight with you about what a given platform requires.
What stays constant is this: hardware is never the stumbling block. Where there’s flexibility, we use it to fit your space, staff, and budget; where a platform sets the device, we make that path smooth and cost-effective. And it’s all sourced, set up, configured, and supported by the same team — so it works on day one and keeps working.
Whatever You Run On, We Fit It
Because we deploy a range of best-in-class POS platforms, we’re not locked to a single operating system or device type. The platform that fits your business shapes much of the hardware — and we work across all of it.

Modern, flexible all-in-ones and handhelds — powerful and cost-effective.
iOS & iPad
Polished, familiar iPad-driven stations and mobile setups.

Windows terminals for operations that need that environment.

Every Piece Of The Counter
All-in-One Stations

Printers, scanners, cash drawers, scales, and customer displays — the supporting cast that keeps things moving.
Chosen For You, Set Up For You
We start with how your business runs — volume, layout, service style — then recommend the platform and the hardware that fit, and handle the whole setup.
We assess your operation. Service style, peak volume, floor plan, and the way your team works.
We match the platform & device. The right OS and form factor for the job — no forcing a square peg.
We configure and test it. Set up, connected, and verified before you ever go live.
We support it for the long haul. One team for the hardware, the software, and everything in between.
Flexible Hardware Options
Because we manage the implementation end to end, we can structure flexible hardware options — including programs where they fit — so the cost of equipment never blocks you from the right solution. We’ll show you exactly what’s available and what it involves before you decide.
*Hardware programs and incentives depend on your processing agreement and qualification. Terms and conditions apply; we’ll walk you through the details up front.
Questions, Answered
Does ZeroG make its own hardware?
No — ZeroG doesn’t manufacture hardware, and which devices you run isn’t really our call either. Each POS and payments platform supports its own approved equipment, so the hardware follows the platform you’re on rather than a device line we’ve picked. What we do is source, configure, deploy, and support that equipment — implementing whatever runs within the platform’s guardrails so your gear just works.
What operating systems and device types do you support?
Across the platforms we deploy, hardware spans Android-based all-in-ones and handhelds, iPad/iOS setups, Windows terminals, and self-contained standalone smart terminals. The platform that’s the best fit for your business usually shapes the operating system; from there we match the form factor to how your team works.
Can I keep hardware I already own?
Sometimes — it depends on whether your devices are compatible with the platform we’re deploying. We’ll assess what you have and tell you honestly whether it can be reused or whether a swap makes more sense.
What happens if a device fails?
We move fast on a repair or replacement so a failed device never stops a sale. Our support team handles the logistics, and a spare or swap keeps you trading while the fix is underway.
Is the hardware free?
We offer flexible hardware options and can structure programs — where they fit — so cost is never the thing that blocks the right solution. What’s available depends on your processing agreement and qualification, and we lay it all out clearly before you commit.*
