Accessibility Statement

ZeroG Payments, LLC is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort for us, and this page explains where we stand and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Our approach

We are working toward conformance with the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines describe how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, motor, auditory, and cognitive needs. We treat conformance as a continuing process rather than a one-time milestone, and we consider accessibility as we build and update our site.

What we are doing

Among the practices we apply as we build and maintain this site:

  • Using clear, semantic page structure and a logical heading order.
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Labeling form fields and surfacing errors in text, not by color alone.
  • Supporting keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
  • Aiming for sufficient color contrast between text and its background.
  • Reviewing pages as we add or change content.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Parts of the site are still being reviewed and improved, and certain third-party tools, embedded content, or external portals we link to (for example, processor or partner systems) are outside our direct control. We are happy to help you access information or complete a task by another means if you run into a barrier.

Tell us about a barrier
